Observational, not clinical

No head-to-toe exam. You watch, you document, you leave.

The opportunity

A claim gets filed. The carrier needs a nurse's eyes.

When a policyholder files a claim on a long-term care policy, the carrier needs a qualified nurse to assess whether they meet the criteria to begin receiving benefits. You conduct that assessment.

Your findings help determine whether a family gets access to coverage they have paid into for years.

You work as an independent contractor, not an employee.

We broadcast the referral to assessors in that area.

What the assessment involves

You observe and document. You don't provide care.

You visit the insured in person and document what you observe on a carrier-provided form. You do not provide care and you do not physically assist.

Process and support

You're never handed an assignment and left to figure it out.

Once you accept a referral, our scheduling team sends the carrier-specific manual for that assessment form. You contact the insured directly to set the visit, using a script we provide.
